The Minister claimed the fault for erroneous Universal Credit deductions isn’t a broken system, but MPs not following up on cases. So today I wrote to him, my 6th attempt in 8 months to raise this fault with the Government.

I hope this is enough effort for the Minister, because my vulnerable constituents need a fix now.
