The investment is a key part of the Government’s Plan for Change and marks the biggest real-terms allocation increase in nearly a decade, after reduced spending between 2016 and 2024.

The services funded by this allocation will be tailored to the community, and can fund programmes like family and school nurses, local health protection services, and more.
