Today is Small Business Saturday! A great opportunity to highlight some of the brilliant local businesses across Barnsley East.

I picked up some very nice Christmas Presents from Housey Stuff in Darfield (a gingerbread jar and doggy doorstop!). My lovely new dress is from Unique Chic Interiors in Wombwell where they have lots unique dresses and clothes – and some cards from Ivy Lily Cards & Gifts in Hoyland where they do lots of great balloons and presents too.

I stopped for an impressive Christmas cupcake from HomeFarmBakery ltd in Grimethorpe this afternoon and picked up a nice apron from the Christmas Fayre in Worsborough, as well as a festive picture from deaconssuperdec in Cudworth where they have so many cute Christmas decorations.
