I have been contacted by the owner of an XL Bully dog who wants to register his pet but couldn’t do so by the deadline yesterday for a genuine reason.
The Secretary of State responsible told Parliament this morning that pet owners should register their dogs as soon as possible if they have missed the deadline but the Government website say the service is now closed.
I raised this issue in Parliament & was pleased the Minster said he would look into it.
