Earlier this month, the DEFRA Minister told Parliament that those who missed the deadline to register their XL Bully should “register as quickly as possible”.
I questioned this, as the registration system is shut even to those who have made a genuine error and want to register.
I will keep pressing the Government for clarity on what well meaning owners should do.
