Today’s King’s Speech proves what The Labour Party already knew: the Conservatives have given up on governing.
Thirteen years of Conservative Governments have worn Britain into the ground.
They could have used the King’s Speech to tackle the cost of living crisis, to take action on unmanageable mortgage rates & rising food and energy costs 
They could have offered much needed support to our public services our schools under pressure and our NHS 
They could have used it as an opportunity to introduce measures which would directly help people in Barnsley, like action on the Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme, or introducing measures to deal with the rip- off prices motorists in Barnsley have to pay 
They chose not to.
Only a Labour Government will get Britain’s future back
