One issue I hear regularly in Barnsley East is the difficulty former miners have in being able to access Industrial Injuries Disablement benefits.

In order to be eligible for coal workers compensation, you must be in receipt of Industrial Industries Disablement Benefit, so this causes lots of further complications with compensation.
