As Co-Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Veterans, I was pleased that the Government responded to our survey on veterans’ compensation, and recently conducted a review of Veterans’ Welfare Services.
It’s clear that Veterans UK has let too many former service personnel down and I hope improvements are made following the review.
I am pleased that the Minister confirmed that the Women in Defence Charter will take the views expressed in our Veterans’ Survey and the findings of the Review into account.
